Refund Policy

We want you to love Yosta. If you don’t, we’ll make it right. Here’s our straightforward refund policy for Pro subscribers.

First-time Pro subscribers get a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 30 days of your first payment and we’ll refund you in full. Renewals, partial periods, and Custom plans are not eligible. Cancel anytime — your portfolio stays live until your period ends.

1. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Yosta offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with Yosta Pro for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your initial charge and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Who This Applies To

The 30-day refund window applies to first-time Pro subscribers only (monthly or annual). It begins on the date your first Pro payment is processed.

Technical Issues

If a verified technical error on our end prevented you from accessing Pro features you paid for, we will evaluate a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis regardless of the 7-day window. Contact us with details and we'll make it right.

2. When Refunds Are Not Available

Renewal Payments

Refunds are not available for subscription renewal payments (monthly or annual). If you do not wish to renew, cancel your subscription before your next billing date — your Pro access will remain active until the end of the paid period.

After the 30-Day Window

Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the initial payment date are not eligible, except in cases of verified technical failure on our part.

Partial Periods

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle. When you cancel, your Pro access simply continues until the current period ends.

Custom Plans

Custom plan arrangements are governed by the individual agreement made at the time of purchase. Please refer to your Custom plan agreement for refund terms.

3. How to Request a Refund

Step 1 — Contact Us Within 30 Days

Email supportyosta@gmail.com with the subject line 'Refund Request' within 30 days of your initial Pro payment. Include the email address associated with your Yosta account.

Step 2 — We Process Your Request

We will review and confirm your request within 2 business days. Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Step 3 — Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. We'll send you a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

What Happens to Your Account

After a refund is issued, your account will revert to the Free plan. Your portfolio content, videos, and profile data remain intact — you can continue using Yosta for free.

4. Subscription Management

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your Yosta Pro subscription at any time from your account settings dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges — your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Downgrade, Not Delete

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or portfolio. You automatically move to the Free plan, keeping your profile, content, and public portfolio URL.

7-Day Grace Period

If your Pro subscription expires without renewal, Yosta provides a 7-day grace period during which you retain access to Pro features. After the grace period, your account is automatically downgraded to Free.

Annual Plans

Annual plan payments are charged as a single upfront payment (e.g., $60/year for Pro). The 30-day refund window applies from the date of that payment. Annual plans are not eligible for prorated refunds after the 30-day window.

5. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where local law grants you additional refund or cancellation rights, those rights apply.

Fraud or Abuse

Accounts found to have abused the refund policy (e.g., repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds) may have future refund eligibility revoked and may be subject to account termination in accordance with our Terms of Service.
